Grassroutes - Guddukeri - Dhruthi

Where did Dhruthi come from? It all started with the Grassroutes fellowship programme by yofa. What brought us together was the passion to change the country. Though we didn't make it to the final three teams, our passion and committment havent withered. Here is the video we made to apply for the programme.

It presents a casestudy on Guddukeri, a tribal village located in the elephant migratory corridor, 20 KM beyond Bandipur forest. Look at the video where Dhruthi explores the plight of the villagers and poor living conditions.

Dhruthi - Initial thoughts

Everyday, many of us come across situations, that touch our heart, plant a seed of thought, ignite the inherent zeal and demand responsibility. But, they erode with time, in the flow of our daily routines. We pretend to live happy, introspecting our true self and regretting our helplessness.

Instead, when the thoughts and ideas are collected, discussed and documented, they will radiate positivity and inspire other like minded individuals. If all it needs is a platform to discuss ideas, here it is.

Dhruthi is a group of people who believe in change. We dream of a world where there is only one thing that is constant - "Positive change". If you think on the same lines, let us contact you. All of us together can realize our dreams.
